Better with age, there’s no doubt about it (and that’s saying a lot). Though if I may speak candidly, “this inability to cope with the fact that [you’re] 25” is dangerously myopic and dangerously misconceived: Age 25 is, by any legitimate standard imaginable, not only young but quite young, and how many such young people have I known who’ve genuinely wasted a good portion of their youths merely by not realizing that, in fact, they ARE in their youth. Don’t let it happen, peanut.
I like that you call me peanut. In fact, it put a rather young, childlike smile on my face.
I think I’m relishing in the fact that I’m 25, acting like I’m 21 and without any resolve about it.
Thank you, though, because you’re right – there will be time…always.
Cheers to you, Sam! Here’s to new chapters…you’re writing a story that is all your own. You look great too 🙂 ❤
Thanks Lisa!!!!!!!
